I worked on a few of them, being 5 years older than you, it was a good set IIRC and folks were still getting them fixed after many newer ones were fubar.
There is even one on the bench in a picture of the first shop I worked in 1979.
My cousin had one and the UHF slide-rule tuner was an interesting RCA and Admiral exclusive that year.
Funny thing about the ad with the new RCA logo but all the sets ad the former RCA Victor logo.
That new logo and signalled the beginning of the dark years for RCA IMAO
The Admiral ad on page 39 and Philco on 81 are interesting as well.
The color TV Philco offered for $299 was thier last 21" roundie IIRC
