used to hang around a shop back in the 80s.the tech would feel out customers.how much they could pay.if they had 100 dollars,the set was fixed.if they didnt,it became,"it cant be fixed".then he would hit them up for 25.00 check out charge.they usually told him to keep the set.10 minutes later,the set was repaired and put on the shelf for sale."it cant be fixed" is a term for,"you dont have enough money for repair"
