If its like the ones we had in Australia,there will be two grey caps across the secondary winding and sometimes one on the primary,change these for x or y rated caps,go intermittent short,fuse blowing bridge rectifier goes open on 1 leg,giving hum bars,if it's one with the synchronous converter,where the line output stage drives the chopper power supply,look for a 220k resistor,replace with 2 100k high voltage types,usual,BU126 or BU208 types suitable as replacements for the power transistors,dry joints on the yoke plug,and horiz drive trans.Sometimes agc lockout caused by a little 1uf cap,hiding on the VHF tuner.
