A GE universal remote might work with your set. I use one with my own video system (Insignia flat screen TV, Panasonic VCR, LG Blu-ray player), and it works great. These remotes do have an "input" selector button that will switch among four different inputs--two HDMI, one A/V and one VGA. This remote should give you full access to the input selection menu of your TV, as well as all other functions of the set. It may work with your Roku streaming video box too.
BTW: Your set is one of the newer (and probably last) CRT TVs made by Thomson/RCA in the '90s, so I see no reason why a GE remote won't work with it, and with any other video devices you may own.
