Start with the hoz output transistor ( HOT )& see if its shorted.
If not see if you get 120-150 VDC on HOT collector, use the
metal on the HV board as ground.
If there is a small board on the HV board assy see if a
resistor burned IIRC a 2 K 1W. If burned there is more wrong.
