Agree it's a good time to retreat to the warm basement and do some restoration. However if I spend too much time down there I tend to get cabin fever and get bored doing too much of the same ol' thing. As I'm sure you know, January through April can seem like forever here in the Midwest. I sure hope it doesn't snow into May this year.
