In 25+ years, I've seen a lot of 13" color TV's; but, the CCII 13" sets seem to be very rare in my area. In all this time, I've only seen 2 or 3 and I currently own 1, a space command set from '76.

The majority of what I see around here is not over 15 years old. Sometimes, I'll see an '80's TV (usually a console); but, rarely ever see anything older.

With consoles, it's usually older people who own them and when they die, either a portable TV ends up on top of it or the console gets rolled into the spare junkroom until the people either pass away or move to a nursing home. Then, the old console either gets put out to the street or donated to the SA by whoever is cleaning out the house.

With portables, there is generally nothing attractive about the cabinet and they are usually easy to throw away; so, people toss them when they break.
