Kevin! Your #6 posting is exactly the answer, I was going to post.
How much of that stuff went to the scrap pile, way back then. Someone has to have one in the junk box or scrap chassis hoard.
I've worked on Dumonts, but not as many, as the Chicago makes. They usually used CTS, with Zenith using Mallory.
