screen...? Does the horiz hold lock ok...? AGC set correctly...?

this set has a nice picture but to make up for the loss of hv bright has to be lowered and the screen is to much to one side. bar dot gen shows it as centered but after setting up and watching a channel its not centerd the way it should be. the screen is full its just to much to one side. horiz hold is fine as is the agc.
