(Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Germany)
They had TVs and the radios mounted on one chassis.
So its logical that the scales showing radio bands and TV channels.

No, there were lots of radio-TV combos right from the start. The Andrea is quite similar to many DuMont models that use a roller inductor tuner to cover the TV and FM bands in a single continuous tuning band. AM is covered with a separate tuner.
