Thanks for posting this John. I have never seen this footage before. It's also a little confusing. This film was obviously put together by RCA, but the July 7 date doesn't make sense. The first demonstration of the RR359's to the RCA licensee's was on June29.

There was a later demo on November 6 so I think this July 7 demo may have just been another in a series of demos and it was just easier for them to label this one as the first.
I also got a chuckle out of the posters comment that there were perhaps three TV's in existence at the time
