Actually, they were quite friendly with me - I sent them an email with the listing from their webpage for the coil I needed, gave them the info from their page, and within a hour had a response with shipping quote. Six days later, I had my part. (And the day we got it going? Another, somewhat-working 721TS, GIVEN to us
)
Read my earlier post - the page and info from
their page is right there. Factory specs, part number, their reference, and their dimensions...... They put it out there, they should be able to supply it.
**I just noticed they may be on vacation... website shows no communication from 6-10 September.
