FYI almost all Zenith TT's were made by VM ( Voice of Music).
For years the mechanical parts were interchangable.
Cosmetic parts were "not" but often in reality were, just looked
different. Needles & cartridges were mostly Zenith only.
For the mat anything goes. There is a little button that is the
10" record sensor, if a mat has it its a VM & it should work.
Too bad folks buying the Chicom Crosleys dont know about all
the vintage record players that sound better & last longer.
Even the cheap crap from back then is much better.
At the fleas vinyl records are selling like hot cakes. Must be a
market for quality old stuff............
