@TeleColor 3007: Color CRT production in France.
Philips had a financial stake in RTC-Compelec and they set up a factory in Dreux to produce the first 63cm Delta gun color CRT for the introduction of color TV in France in 1967. The CRT P/N was A6311X. The factory produced thereafter CRT for the next 3 decades.
Thomson (no "P") massively produced tubes, usually under licence from RCA under the VideoColor brand. They had a factory in the Lyon area. There was also a huge plant in Italy at Agnani which Thomson purchased. They went on until the end producing 16:9 flat-faced in-line CRTs.
Holland: Philips of course produced millions of CRTs under their own brand name.
Japan: Matsushita, Panasonic's parent company produced Delta gun tubes, you can easily find brochures of Panasonic color TVs starting in the second half of the 1960s which still used tube then hybrid electronics.

Starting in the late 80s, Sony/Matsushita/Hitachi developed extremely fine beam CRT technologies for miniaturized high-resolution TV camera viewfinders. Some were as small as 0.8" diagonal for the full picture!
Korea: also made color CRTs, Samsung for one.
China: a big maker was Chungwa Picture Tubes. Many small (5") B&W but also color.
Taiwan: also made CRTs. AuOptronics was a maker, now a leading supplier of LCD flat displays.
Japan: Japan was very innovative in color CRT technology with a strong desire to bypass the RCA shadow mask design.
Sony: aside from the famous Trinitron, Sony built 3 gun Chromatrons, 1 gun Chromatrons and the Indextron series.
Sanyo: also ventured into the single-gun Beam-Index concept with the 30CTV1 pocket color TV.
Hitachi: made a 1.5" Beam-Index CRT used as a color viewfinder for consumer VHS video cameras.
