My KV1204 manual is missing. I have the KV1204A manual,
things may be the same OR very different.
The pin control is VR541 The cap that goes is C541 10mfd. Its
off one end of the control. Its all tward the rear of the right
hand board ( looking from behind) . The board is on
hinges so you can fold it back.
