"Decent working" should mean that the set was restored rather than a still-working one from the past. And, I do not think there are enough sales of such sets to be able to quote an "average" or "typical" price. (Most of us collectors want to keep the sets we restore rather than sell them.) But, if I had to come up with a price, I would say maybe $400 for a 1960s color "roundie" set with a decent picture tube and restored chassis. Location is everything; such sets are expensive to ship. Where are you?
