I had two 19" T991 IIRC one had a gassed CRT & BIG arcing. The
other we put in a vert, reg & 2 other boards. Also did the usual
soldering. Ran fine 2 days then started sending lightning bolts.
Both were only a few yrs old so gave them back & told them to
call Maggy. Most others 4 lead caps I met shorted & a few opened
the way they were supposed to.
