yes it was recapped by me but then again i could have put an unknow bad cap in. i notice that the +270v source to the audio board is only 249v and the voltage at the video tube that is supposed to be 135v is not, it is low and the last time i checked it it was around 125v and now im getting 121v . the non blanker tube voltages are, pin 1 167v 2 2.350v 3 7.50v 4 0v 5 0v 6 165v 7 2.150v 8 7.50v 9 0v
the blanker tube pin 1 243v 2 75.7v 3 4.67v 4 0v 5 0v 6 172v 7 1.582v 8 7.50v 9 0v
