Rca 17t160a
Hi Guys:
I am working on an RCA 17T160A and I have recapped and re-resistored it and its working pretty good but has a strange, to me, problem. The picture looks to be the right size and all but it looks like it is missing every other scan line, is this possible? Anyone have any thoughts on this?
