I almost feel the same way as you do.
Right now, I'm dealing with three sets that have a gray-scale issue. Not real bad, but while watching all the B/W programs on OTA digital channels, it's obvious that the picture leans too far toward one primary color.
Give the Zenith to the thrift or where ever it came from.
