No, but thanks for offering!

The gold thingie is present on mine, but where the volume knob goes, the hole in the gold thingie is huge, over an inch I think. The volume shaft is tiny, the same size as the 7 controls at the bottom.

I have no idea what the original volume knob looked like, but it was probably gray plastic because all the others are. If the original knob covered the hole up, it must have been a monster. Maybe there was some kind of a plug that filled most of the hole, and a normal size knob.

When I acquired this set I thought I was the only nut restoring stuff like this (and back then maybe I was). I thought would probably never even see another set like this, much less find the correct knob. I lacquered a steel washer (it was the same shade of gray as all the other gray crap on the front), and attached it with a tiny drop of elmers. This reduces the size of the hole to about 3/8". The volume knob is a tint knob from some other old set. It looks pretty normal in the blurry picture, doesn't it?

Since discovering Audiokarma, I thought i'd start looking for one, but I dont have the foggiest notion what it looks like.

Anyway, best of luck with your Silvertone, hope you get it working again soon.
