I don't have a service manual but I do know what unit you are referring to, it is a mid 1950s vintage self-contained 45-rpm only changer with a single 25L6 powered amplifier built in, I actually have an owners manual from a similar model and that has some service information included with it but no a complete service manual.

I actually serviced one of these (a different model but a similar unit) and there really isn't much you need to tear apart to relube and get it going, mainly just the cam gear and the assembly that fits ontop of the cam gear, If I remember right.
