Mine is a 4 speed changer, and it's just the changer mech. It's part of a 7-ES-6J player with a 3 tube amp (35Z5, 50L6, and 12SQ7).

Admittedly, mine is working correctly at the moment. I've had periodic speed issues, but deep cleaning the motor bearings in lighter fluid and adding sewing machine oil to them seems to have taken care of the issue for now. However, I never gave it a full regrease, and I figure it'll eventually slow down again because of the old grease.
