Replacing c44 did help out with the horizontal hold but it still has a bit of jitter on the horizontal. The vertical still wont lock but I can get it to almost stop rolling. I am really starting to think this is not agc but a sync issue. I would hook up the wo-33a now but my bench is a mess.
