The pinout of the 11 pin connector coming from the unit is as follows:
1.) Heater + Ground
2.) Red Cathode
3.) Green Cathode
4.) Red G2
5.) Green G2
6.) Blue G2
7.) Blue Cathode
8.) Red G1
9.) Green G1
10.) Blue G1
11.) Heater
A monochrome tube uses the red gun connections, so you connect the corresponding pins of a suitable duodecal CRT socket to an 11 pin plug as follows:
CRT Pin CR31 Pin
1 ---> 1
2 ---> 8
10 ---> 4
11 ---> 2
12 ---> 11
This will get you an equivalent for Adapter #1.
