It is a mid, to late 50's portable b w tv. The number you showed is not the model. That might be on a tag on eiither the bottom, or inside. It will need re-capping, and new electrolytics to start off. Also, this set was made when seleniums were still being used.You will have to use appropriate silicon replacements with a correct value resistor to further cut surge, as they are more efficient than the seleniums were. If not installed, you will likely blow your electrolytics.
