Didn't you make a thread about this earlier? If so making a second one is a BAD thing...You should have bumped the first.
Please don't throw one away, let someone who needs one have a chance to buy it.
I've never used either, but if I had to decide off hand I'd go for the 143. Higher number is usually newer, and newer is usually better...YMMV.
