That's a very nice save. Thanks for taking the time to post all the pics. Its a 1974 model since its a E line. I see yours is the E4003W which was the higher end set. I have the E4001W which was the plain-jane no frills version; non lit knobs and no chromatic button, not even AFC. That's the last color chassis using tubes before Zenith ended tube TV production. They even made a few F-line models for '75 that used this chassis as BOL 19" sets. According to the run number, yours was built the 3rd week of 1974 at the Springfield, MO plant. Glad you were able to fix it up and get it back to proper condition. To replace dial bulbs, I think you have to pull the tuner mounting bracket assembly. The actual Zenith bulb # was a 100-422 which you're welcome to have as I have many NOS ones. That bulb crosses to a TS130 I believe.
