I got mine for under 15$ at an anti-q shoppe a few years back (probably the latter Bush years), and it was only this year that I saw another for sale in person. Project Records and Ovation seemed to have been the main suppliers of EV/4 encoded Quad LP discs by the way, a format which was a lot less common, as SQ, QS, and CD-4 took over, (Sansui's QS for me was the best practical Quad LP format, Matrix at it's best, backwards compatible with Stereo and Mono, the only practical broadcast format).
