Jeez...That is a 48 Zenith porthole, the first generation they sold. It sould be in a museum, not outside getting peed on by mother nature!
I've got the mahogany version, and without the power supply chassis (not sure if anyone noticed it missing, I sure didn't) IIRC I had to bid it up to $160 at an ETF meet to get it...Restored that could be a $300 set.
Someone should go there and say "that TV has been sitting there 6 months if the schlub that bought it and is too lazy to save it from the elements shows up and complans that you let me have it you can give him part of this big wad of cash, and tell him he shouldn't have left it outside here for half a year".
If that doesn't work it might be time to cake some mud on the plates of your most non-descript car, grab a hockey mask, and pick it up off the porch at 3Am.
