Once your logged in it kicks you back to the main gallery page, you have to go back in Horiz Hold (or wherever you want) and the upload link will be there.
Actually I guess you can log in from the main gallery page and then go to Horiz Hold but I already made the pictures showing it the other way around
Not sure why it works this way but it does.
