That is my favorite cabinet style of halolite. If you are within a reasonable driving distance I'd trade any of a variety of TVs for it including my working remote Halolite (the shorter set in the pic), a working tabletop model RCA CTC5 round screen color, and possibly other sets for it.

IIRC these don't use a power transformer so if you have a variac you could give it a slow careful power up before the recap to get a baseline of the condition of the circuits.
