I now have insight on what happened to my IF section...

something is VERY wrong with the 2nd if, and thus it takes 1st down with it.
it is NOT bad tubes, cause i checked that.
I wont know for sure till i have the time to pull it all apart and check caps/ resistors / tube sockets.
