Nothing new, I have felt this many times before over the years, I was a bit surprised that it found it's way out so easily though.
I guess I should put some silicone on top of the damn thing to make it harder to arc out, as I don't expect to open that cap any time soon.

If the hole ain't too big my first thought would be an accumulation of conductive dirt inside... I'd clean inside the cover (especially the wires) and see if I could draw an arc then if necessary silicone the hole.
