Bingo, thank you so much for your help I was about to give up and glad that I did not just needed more time missing with ion trap. The picture is supper bright.

Back to the original question, yes the Sam's is wrong regarding the fly back winding resistance and several other things, so in my next restoration I'll take it with a grain of salt.
