nope , it's not that easy

you have to take into account gauss , polarity and spacing... not all traps are the same, I found this out the hard way.

back before I found the original hardware for my FADA ( and the Ion Trap ), I got one on eBay.

After the original was found, I noticed that the eBay one was MUCH stronger than the original, and the spacing was slightly different of the tabs, at first I had thought the original old one lost it's power, till I tried it, and it worked perfectly, and the eBay one was WAY WAY to strong for my 12lp4, and most likely no good for a 10bp4, w/o knowing what it was made for, its useless.
and trying to make one w/o knowing magnet power will not be easy.
