Small pf value disc cap are rarely a problem. I wouldnt change any
unless they were cracked or undoubtably bad. Many Zenith tube
radios used them & they never went bad like papers etc. As for
voltage ratings stay at or above the OEM. If need be you can
sub an underated one for a quick test.
