If you get 160V on the bridge cap on plug in, look for the Vcc on the U101 8 pin controller. You can find the datasheet on-line that will give you the terminal layout and usually a representative circuit design using the IC.

A lot of times they use a handful of very high value smd resistors in series between the 160V bridge and the Vcc pin to divide the voltage down. They are usually 470K to 1M in value and are known to fail.
