I saw this style of photography before and I can never quite understand what makes the item look miniature. I can only guess it's the blurred background against the highly focused main item. It creates the illusion that a miniature item was photograph up close. That's how the photo would look if you did.
It's a fairly common early 10" postwar TV and one of the more popular console models with collectors. It's also a very good performer once restored.
That is a decent example, but unfortunately will need a refinish and new decals applied.
