I just bought a Grundig Transworld on Halloween while buying a couple of Philco TVs.
It was for sale, the first tube FM portable I've seen in person, and the price on the lot of items was right.
I brought it up on the variac and got hum and tubes lighting but no reception.
I need to find a schematic and dig into it.
