I'm still really confused as to what you are trying to attempt here since the N64 had an RF modulator dongle on release and was one of the most common things you found an N64 with for many years. What's with all this RGB conversion you are trying to do?

Things must have been different in Canada...the only game console I ever got new (everything else I picked up used) was an N64 and it only came with the audio/composite video cable. The RF modulator cable was an accessory you bought separately.
