So.... the tuner was cleaned, no change. Not a hint of video or audio, just static. I'll keep trying to find a schematic and then check the voltages.
I found another for sale, figured I'd get it for parts. This is an Amark, made by AOC, obviously the same exact tv, only made one month apart and the ONLY internal or external difference that I can find is the branding.
It has the SAME problem (whatever the issue may be). So yeah.... WHEN I figure out how to get one working I will have an extra set for parts. Though right now I'm just frustrated.
