I you don't collect vintage home video formats, a thrift store Blu-Ray player(hard to find new ones with composite video anymore), an HDMI TO AV (or HDMI to RF) and maybe a USB media player (if the Blu-Ray player doesn't have that feature) would be my picks... I'd also try to get a US market NTSC agile modulator like a blonder tongue.
Vintage game consoles, VCRs and analog video disc formats are fun if they strike your interest but not as practical if don't.
