Saw your PM about this but Ive been busy preparing for the fall ETF swapmeet and it's hard to put pics in a PM from my phone unless I go through a 3rd party host which is a bit of a pain.
Based on the schematic I'd try adjusting A18 and maybe A20.
Note there are 2 different CTC-5 chassis. My schematic covers the low end CTC5A-E Sam's 353 (it may be on the early television site under early color->technical info). If you have a different chassis number you may want to seek out the Sam's for it.
Well crap, manage attachments link won't open to attach a picture...A18 is on the chroma board (rear most board next to the HV cage) it's the coil can nearest the HV cage and CRT.
A20 is the can behind it nearest the HV cage. A20 is the bottom slug in the can A19 is the top slug.
