My Westminster has a 19AP4 modification kit that the factory produced. I guess the 20BP4 was either problematic or just too low of a volume to produce more. The mask and CRT mounting was changed and I think there was a mod to the focus coil circuit as well if I recall correctly. The 1/2" less all around is hardly noticeable. Of course the 19AP4 tube is glass and metal and they now have problems with leakage.
