An update. Good news I made some progress. the new flyback fixed the main porblem and the TV has a very sharp and nice picture still however only in black and white
. I do have the Sam's photo fact which dose have troubleshooting guide but it requires an oscilloscope and for time being that's a porblem. The jungle IC150 (303-1) or (NTE1416) is responsible for color processing also is responsible for the adjustment of brightness and more. The brightness is adjustable along with contrast only porblem is no color.
