[Console User]

I have in my collection of Console TVs an 89 RCA Console. It has the CTC149C Chassis in it. The last time I used the TV which was a year ago it came on and worked fine. Today, I drug it out plugged it and the Set is completely dead. I looked and the fuse seems to be not blown. Does anyone have any advice on where to start looking as the source of the problem.

Now that I think about it I think this set when it was cold it would have the picture on the screen out of portion in size. However, after a little bit of time it would go to the normal size picture for the screen. I think I was told this was a cap going bad?
