X2 on the recap. Those are loaded with those old surface mount electrolytics.
Start by looking for ones that are leaking electrolyte. Next check for ones that are shorted. Without a ESR meter it might be difficult to pin it down to one cap and you would be better to shotgun it and replace all the electrolytics as another one will fail soon anyways.
You could also start replacing caps closest to the power regulation and advance forward.
PS. Be very careful with the ribbon cables when you seperate the housing and circuit boards.
