Hey guys, to close the loop on this. Ultimately after replacing all of the paper and filter electrolytics, I still had some leaky moulded caps, open power resistors and resistors in the vertical circuit that drifted roughly 2x higher. With all of this sorted, I was able to get a decent and stable image! Thanks for the guidance and suggestions.
