Depends on what uses it and how much desirability it's uses have. Being a scope tube (more specifically I believe P7 is a Radar phosphor) it's worth a good bit less than a TV CRT. There are some people who restore tube era scopes (most people want later solid state scopes at oldest, and prefer digital scopes) but I have no clue how many or what they would value them at...If it's radar and not oscilloscope then there could be no market for it. Nobody is going to maintain 40s era radar gear for actual serious use, there might be a few military vehicles in functional museum piece quality that might have had period radar rebuilt and working, but that market has to make TV collectors look huge as a group...
If it were mine I'd probably list it at $60 OBO and take the first $10 someone offered.
